Cincotta is known for his scratch kitchens, authentic Italian flavors, fresh pasta and wood oven pizza. When asked about the location, Cincotta said, “I love the area. I love the neighborhood. It’s outside the city but close to everything. I think it’s a neighborhood that would appreciate quality scratch cooking.”

Italian food sings when it's fresh and this is what you get at Ravello. House-made pastas, traditional Italian flavors expertly crafted in each dish with a freshness you can't fake. This is Italian food done right! I'm so happy this restaurant opened up in our neighborhood. We'll be back again and again!

Everything was great - fresh bread, amazing carbonara and bolognese, and tiramisu! Everything is apparently made there same-day, including the pasta. Nice selection of beer, wine, and cocktails. The owner was super attentive and the chef came to talk to us after our meal! Whenever we need Italian we will go there from now on. Loved this place!
